• Empty Movement - this is my favorite Utena-related site. I love the essays, they're an amazing read (and they have on about Ruka). This site also contains a huge gallery of scans. In fact, the picture on this layout (not the screencap, but the nipple pic) comes from there. ^^
• Seraphitus - a wonderfully indepth, very smart Ruka shrine. Possibly the ONLY Ruka shrine.
• Tsuchiya Ruka Tribute - not a shrine, per se, but contains a few (read eight) scanlated pages from the Utena vol. 5 manga, when Ruka shows up.
